Project Administrator

Medina, OH

MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Project Administrator to join their team in Medina, Ohio! The Construction Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the construction management team throughout the project lifecycle. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes and be proficient in various construction management software tools.

The right candidate will:

  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, ComputerEase and other construction management software.
  • Understanding of contract administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Our Project Administrator will:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project contracts and documentation.
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain organized records of project estimates, budgets, and change orders.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to streamline operations.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
  • Review and manage project drawings using Bluebeam for accurate documentation.
  • Support the construction estimating process by providing necessary data and insights.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any administrative issues that may arise.
