No Soccer Experience needed!! You will be given the curriculum and videos to access prewritten lesson plans. You can focus on what is most important, the joy of developing children's social skills and teaching children the fundamentals!

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of 2-5 Pre-School Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching young children aged 2-5 under our crib-to-college player pathway program. As a dynamic coach, you will work with small groups of children to develop their soccer skills, teamwork abilities, and socialization skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. You will use positive reinforcement to ensure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing them to improve at their own rate. This position will offer you a chance to play an active role in children's development and improve their physical literacy, gross motor skills, and self-confidence while enjoying a rewarding career in the sports industry.

Requirements

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • 1+ years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a teaching environment
  • Passion for working with children
  • Strong teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly energetic, reliable, patient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to change
  • Certified or willing to get certified with CPR and First Aid Qualifications
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lesson plans that align with the Soccer Stars curriculum to help children improve their soccer skills, movement, and coordination.
  • Develop a positive relationship with the children and ensure that all activities are fun, non-competitive, and safe.
  • Provide a supportive learning environment that encourages children to develop their self-confidence and communication skills.
