The Client Systems & Access Management Administrator is responsible for the centralized management, administration, and governance of user access across all client-required systems and portals. This role ensures timely and secure provisioning, modification, and removal of system access for employees, while maintaining compliance with client, security, and regulatory requirements. The role serves as the primary point of accountability for client system access and supports the firm’s operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator or coordination point for 25+ client systems and portals
  • Provision, modify, and deprovision user access for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
  • Coordinate with clients to request, update, and validate system access for employees
  • Maintain accurate records of user access, permissions, and approvals across all systems
  • Ensure timely removal of access to mitigate security and compliance risk
  • Develop, document, and enforce standardized access management procedures
  • Support audits, access reviews, and client compliance requirements
  • Act as liaison between Operations, Technical Development, HR, and clients
  • Assist with escalations related to delayed or incorrect access
Requirements:

  • Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive requests
