What You'll Do:
Masterfully break down and prepare a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood with precision and efficiency.
Ensure all proteins are expertly portioned, trimmed, and presented for top-tier dining experiences.
Work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to assist in food prep and kitchen support.
Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in accordance with club and health regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering to ensure our kitchen is always stocked with premium ingredients.
Bring creativity, teamwork, and a positive attitude to our energetic culinary environment!
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for food, quality ingredients, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
Team player mentality-our kitchen thrives on collaboration and positive energy!
ServSafe certification (preferred, but not required).
