Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing facility in Ripon, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support a semi-automated canning operation. This hands-on role involves maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced, seasonal manufacturing environment.
 
Key Requirements:
Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical skills (chains, sprockets, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, motors)
Basic hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
Troubleshooting in a live production environment
Welding, machining, fabrication, or PLC experience is a plus
Open to candidates from manufacturing, automotive, military, or construction backgrounds
