Commitment to Safety policies.Identify and report unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions immediately.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area at all times.Participate in special projects and improvement teams as assigned.What You?ll BringTwo year technical certificate OR 3 5 years of related industrial, maintenance, or manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination).Strong knowledge of canning room operations, equipment, maintenance, and repair.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance procedures.Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.Ability to apply common sense problem solving in a production environment.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with industrial maintenance.Must possess a complete set of tools for industrial maintenance work.Where You?ll Work:WELCOME TO NEW RICHMONDLocated 29 miles from Saint Paul, MN and 37 miles from Minneapolis, MN New Richmond is known for its breathtaking scenery.
