Position: Light Assembly & Packaging Associate
Location: Germantown, WI
Job Type: C2H

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shipping & Assembly Associate to join our team in Germantown, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team where no two days are exactly the same.
What You’ll Do
  • Pick and prepare parts for customer orders
  • Perform light assembly using basic hand tools
  • Mount adapters and components
  • Custom-pack and box finished orders
  • Support shipping, packaging, and assembly operations
  • Move between departments and assist with other production tasks as needed
  • Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and properly packaged
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous light assembly, packing, shipping, or hands-on experience preferred
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the day
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; most products are 25 lbs or less
