About the role: The position is a full time position on the food and beverage team and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and an expert on the menu options for dinner service in the fine dining outlet. What you will do:
  • Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
  • Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
  • Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments.
  • Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery.
What you bring:
  • 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required.
  • This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
  • Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
