Pay Range: $15/hour + tips
Job Summary: The AM Restaurant Server provides food and beverage service to guests during breakfast and morning hours, following hotel standards. This role involves taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system.

  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.

  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.

  • Perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor.

  • Maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.

  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
  • 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
