In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every Guest has an outstanding dining experience. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service. As a Server, you'll be responsible for providing attentive, personalized service, making Guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. You'll play a key part in making each visit memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet Guests upon arrival, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly with a positive attitude.

Efficiently and precisely enter orders into the point-of-sale system to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that tables, chairs, and service stations are always fully stocked and ready for Guests.

Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless service and address any Guest needs quickly and effectively.

Complete assigned side work and preparation tasks at the beginning, during, and end of your shift to support smooth restaurant operations.

Respond quickly and courteously to Guest questions, special requests, or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction and a positive experience.

Job Qualifications:

Outgoing, energetic, and reliable team player who is passionate about providing excellent service.

Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for 6-10 hours at a time.

Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Previous experience as a server is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment.

Seeking candidates who can commit to long-term employment, ideally a year or more, to grow with our team.

Minimum age of 18 years (or as required by state law).

High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Growth:

You'll typically be assigned 3-4 table sections per shift, and your tips are yours to keep. Hourly earnings typically range from $18 to $35, depending on your performance and Guest satisfaction.
