About The Role


100 Thieves is currently looking for an experienced Activation Manager for our growing partnerships team. This individual will not only support post-sale activations of 100 Thieves Partnerships team but also have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant digital advertising industry experience
  • 1+ year working in the digital media, branded content, or influencer marketing space
  • Understanding of the gaming and creator space and key players within the industry
  • Lives in the Los Angeles area
  • Experience managing post-sale activations for social media platforms, long-form video, Twitch/YouTube Streaming, and experiential events.
  • Bonus points for experience managing esports activations, including logo impressions on player jerseys, broadcast assets, and player deliverables.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
  • Experience working with and managing talent deliverables and comms
  • Experience in reporting and campaign analytics
  • Skilled in Google Suite and JIRA products are a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to be highly collaborative
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships on assigned campaign projects and deliverables.
  • Cultivate collaborative and positive relationships with external clients
  • Work closely with internal departments to outline partner deliverables, timelines, align on strategy, and communicate expectations
  • Manage client input and feedback for assigned deliverables with detailed direction and timelines
  • Ensure partner deliverables meet the requirements of the deliverable/contract, are aligned with the partner’s expectations, and happen during the agreed-upon timeline
  • Support the Talent team in the management of talent for branded integrations and deliverables
  • Work with 100 Thieves legal counsel to draft talent agreements for influencer marketing programs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deliver added value and enhance planned activation deliverables
  • Work with internal teams to monitor the performance of campaign deliverables


Our targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California is between $75,000 and $90,000 plus bonus, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
