Job description

  • We are hiring immediately for full time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.
  • Location: Croasdaile Village - 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, NC 27705. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time; Days may vary, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Four years of prior back-of-house supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
  • Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
  • Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
  • Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
