Description
About BullFrog AI
BullFrog AI (NASDAQ: BFRG) is a computational biology company spun out of the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. We build AI-powered platforms that help pharmaceutical and biotech companies make better decisions - faster - across the drug development lifecycle:
  • bfPREPโ„ข - biology-aware data harmonization that unlocks the value trapped in fragmented, multi-site clinical and omics datasets
  • bfLEAPโ„ข - causal AI analytics for patient subgroup discovery, biomarker identification, and drug target prioritization
  • bfARENASโ„ข - structured multi-criteria decision support for high-stakes portfolio, indication, and go/no-go decisions

The Role
BullFrog AI is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Senior Enterprise Account Executive to build and scale commercial revenue across our AI-powered platform suite. This is a true hunter + full-cycle sales role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and has a track record of growing revenue from the ground up.
You will own the full sales cycle - from lead generation through contract close - selling all three capabilities independently or as an integrated platform. The target: $5M in closed ARR within 12 months. The buyers: PhD-level scientists at the intersection of translational medicine, clinical development, and R&D strategy. You must be able to earn a meeting and hold a substantive conversation at that level.
What You'll Own
  • Build and manage a net-new pipeline through proactive outbound outreach, strategic networking, and market development
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close - leading with the right platform entry point for each account
  • Develop relationships with Heads of Translational Medicine, Clinical Development, CSOs, CMOs, and R&D leadership at mid-to-large biotech (Series C+) and mid-market pharma
  • Build proposals, scopes of work, and pricing models; negotiate and close complex, multi-six-figure commercial engagements
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and weekly pipeline reporting in HubSpot

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated track record of growing revenue from $0 to $20M+ in an early-stage commercial motion
  • Experience selling into pharmaceutical or biotech R&D organizations; enterprise SaaS, AI, or analytical platform sales in life sciences strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate long, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with scientific buyers and close complex, multi-six-figure engagements
  • Ability to hold a substantive conversation with a PhD-level scientist - you don't need to be a scientist, but you must speak the language
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you build the playbook as you run it, without heavy infrastructure or oversight

Who Will Thrive Here
  • Strong ownership mentality - you treat your territory like a business
  • Relentless follow-through and intrinsic urgency - you close the loop, every time
  • Scientific curiosity - you genuinely want to understand the biology and the business problem
  • Comfort with ambiguity - you build the playbook as you run it

What We Offer
A dynamic, collaborative startup environment with direct access to leadership and scientific team with competitive base compensation with performance-based incentives and equity participation. Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision from day one, short-term disability, 401(k) from first paycheck, 15 days PTO, 11 paid holidays annually, and maternity and paternity leave.
BullFrog AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse team that reflects the communities and patients our work ultimately serves.
Advancing medicine through artificial intelligence.
