Job description

Foundation Repair and Mold Remediation Technician

Pure Breathing Solutions, Inc., located in Litchfield, Minnesota, is a company specializing in mold remediation, and foundation waterproofing for residential and commercial properties . We are a rapidly growing, specialized company seeking a highly motivated, customer-service oriented individual to fill the role of Remediation/Waterproofing Specialist.


Typical work duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Talking with customers and answering questions
  • Performing strategic demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc.
  • Installation of customized interior waterproofing systems
  • Detailed HEPA cleaning and wiping down contaminated surfaces
  • Setting up containment, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
  • Coordinate responsibilities and tasks with other technicians on the job site
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment as needed
  • Inspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough and meets quality standards
  • Clean up work area and account for all tools and equipment

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Have an active driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs.
  • Must wear proper personal protective equipment
  • Must be able to work in all types of conditions
  • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment and references

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service
  • A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and great work ethic (reliable/on-time)
