Job description

Job Overview
APS Waterproofing specializes in basement waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulations, and exterior drainage solutions. We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The installer will assist the team during the installation process. The Installer will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Prior waterproofing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Working as a team installing waterproofing and encapsulation systems in customer's homes throughout the Atlanta area.
  • Following directions assigned by team lead to assist with job completion.
  • Use construction equipment such as jackhammers, saws, drills, etc.
  • Assists the crew with loading/unloading materials, tools, etc. needed for the job.
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge on the different waterproofing systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in spaces that may require crawling or kneeling down.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • Construction and/or waterproofing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
  • Honesty, integrity, dependability.
