About the Role

Wenger Construction is looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Siding Installer to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality installations across commercial projects while upholding Wenger’s reputation for craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety.

As a Siding Installer, you’ll be hands-on in the field, installing a wide range of exterior systems with precision and pride. You’ll work closely with your crew to deliver exceptional results on every project and contribute to our mission of building better, safer, and stronger communities.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform commercial siding installations while maintaining Wenger’s quality and safety standards.

· Work with a variety of materials including:

  • James Hardie (panel and lap siding)
  • Nichiha
  • Metal siding (single skin)
  • Composite wall panels (ACM)
  • Longboard / Knotwood

· Assist with the installation of additional systems such as:

  • Rain screen systems
  • Wall insulation systems
  • Custom sheet metal (flashings, trims, roof edge metal, copings)
  • Standing seam metal roofing

· Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

· Maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout each project.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

· Minimum of 2 years of construction or siding installation experience (commercial experience preferred).

· Familiarity with tools, equipment, and techniques used in siding installation.

· Ability to perform heavy lifting and consistent physical labor.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

· Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across Wisconsin.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, and physical).
