Earn $22–$34/hour working on real commercial and agricultural construction projects.
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team specializing in commercial and agricultural building projects. This role involves hands-on construction work on job sites including warehouses, commercial structures, barns, and farm-related facilities.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Prior construction experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are most important.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction of commercial and agricultural buildings (steel structures, pole barns, warehouses, and related projects). 
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment on job sites. 
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. 
  • Assist carpenters, foremen, and crew members with framing, assembly, and installation work. 
  • Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and material organization. 
  • Support foundation, framing, roofing, and siding installation as needed. 
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with equipment setup and basic maintenance. 
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physical environments. 
  • Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently as part of a team. 

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds. 
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 
  • Strong work ethic and reliability. 
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. 
  • Construction or farm-related experience preferred but not required. 
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
