Job description

Part-Time Call Center Lead Generator
Hourly Pay + Weekly Bonuses + Monthly Commission

Looking for a part-time opportunity with strong earning potential? Join our growing call center team! This is a performance-based position where motivated individuals can earn great money through weekly bonuses and monthly commission.

This role focuses on making outbound calls to homeowners and scheduling free in-home appointments for our sales team. There are no direct sales involved. Your job is simply to create interest and book appointments.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-1 PM

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners
  • Schedule free appointments
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment goals
  • Accurately document calls and customer information

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Positive, goal-oriented attitude
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required
