Tru Colors Contracting, Inc., a well-established painting and coatings contractor with 16 years of proven success in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Waterproofing & Concrete Coatings Specialist to join our team.

Position Highlights:

  • Perform all types of waterproofing systems and concrete coatings (elastomeric, epoxy, urethane, deck and roof coatings, sealants, etc.)
  • Apply coatings to concrete, masonry, and structural surfaces with precision and attention to detail
  • Work independently and as part of a team on a variety of projects
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets Tru Colors standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in waterproofing and coatings (minimum 3+ years preferred)
  • Knowledge of various application techniques and products
  • Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
