Construction Professional – Lead Commercial Waterproofing and Joint Sealant Installations

Job Overview
  • Company: Fourpoints Services.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $20 to $24 per hour plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Houston, TX (Travel required throughout the greater Houston area).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Overtime Available).

  • Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, and Educational K-12 facilities.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a skilled technical professional, executing high-profile commercial waterproofing and specialized trade projects across the Houston region. This role offers you the chance to work on landmark K-12 schools and tilt-up construction while mastering advanced industrial equipment and materials. You will join a safety-first culture where long-term career growth is supported by paid certifications and a strong project backlog.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute precision caulking and joint tooling using industrial bulk sealant and sausage guns to meet third-party inspection standards.

  • Prepare masonry, concrete, and wood surfaces through priming and grinding to ensure long-term material adhesion.

  • Install self-adhering flashing membranes, liquid flashing, and exterior rigid board insulation according to project specifications.

  • Operate specialized equipment including fluid-applied waterproofing sprayers, aerial lifts, and propane floor grinders.

  • Maintain a rigorous safety mindset while working from heights on scaffolds and ladders to deliver zero-incident results.

  • Coordinate with field leadership to identify on-site needs and maintain high productivity without constant supervision.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial waterproofing or caulking.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in joint preparation, backer rod installation, and the use of industrial sealant tools.

  • Proven ability to work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lift equipment.

  • Reliable transportation for consistent on-time arrival at various job sites throughout Houston and surrounding counties.

  • Eligibility to pass E-Verify and provide a valid ID and Social Security card.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience with sheet metal flashing, trim installation, and exterior rigid board insulation (Polyiso & XPS).

  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.

  • Documented history of working on K-12 school projects or high-profile government contracts.

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
