Job description

Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate/Teller for our Wilbraham Branch. This hourly, non-exempt position is located at 100 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA. 

Teller position works a variable schedule, Monday-Saturday, averaging 37.5 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

The CSA role is responsible for performing a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing customers deposits, withdrawals, payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and related administrative duties. Understands and maintains the Banks standards for service, customer satisfaction and relationship building.
