This is an outstanding opportunity for a baker with 2+ years of artisan bread experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working with high-quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and a team that takes pride in exceptional products.

What You'll Do

  • Mix, ferment, shape, score, and bake a variety of artisan breads
  • Work with naturally fermented and yeasted doughs
  • Monitor proofing, baking, and product quality to ensure consistency
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
