What are some common challenges bakery managers face in balancing production schedules with customer demand?

Bakery Managers often need to carefully forecast customer demand to ensure that fresh products are always available without overproducing and causing waste. This requires strong organizational skills and close attention to sales trends, seasonal fluctuations, and special events. Additionally, managers must coordinate staffing and inventory orders to keep production running smoothly, all while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Open communication with team members and adaptability are key to successfully meeting these challenges.
