Familiarity with bakery production equipment, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and certifications like ServSafe are typically required. Additionally, managers must coordinate staffing and inventory orders to keep production running smoothly, all while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Open communication with team members and adaptability are key to successfully meeting these challenges.
