Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, full-time Appointment Setter to join the sales team. This is not a cold-calling job where you read a robot script; it is a strategic role where you will identify opportunities and set the stage for our closing team.

While you are guaranteed a stable starting pay of $20/hour, we are looking for someone who wants to earn significantly more through our commission plan. If you are hungry for growth and want to be rewarded for your performance, this is the place for you.

The Compensation Breakdown

  • Base Pay: $20.00 per hour (paid biweekly).
  • Commission: Earn money for every verified closing.

What You Will Do

  • Outbound Outreach: Manage a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to ensure prospects fit our ideal customer profile before passing them to an account executive.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule firm appointments.
  • Follow-Up: Nurture warm leads who aren't quite ready to book immediately.
  • Tracking: Maintain accurate data in our CRM to ensure you get credit for every commissionable event.

What We Need From You

  • Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Communication Skills: You are articulate, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
  • Sales Mindset: You are motivated by money and metrics. You treat the $20/hr as a safety net, not a goal.
  • Resilience: You have thick skin and can handle objection handling with a positive attitude.
  • Coachability: You are eager to learn our scripts and processes, and you accept feedback to improve your closing ratio.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8AM to 5PM
  • 8AM to 8PM [[Lunch: 1PM-4PM]] One night a week or on the weekend is REQUIRED

Company Description

We are competitive, focused, and down-to-earth. Success is measured through results.
