Job description

NOW HIRING - Customer Service Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and maintaining records in the ERP system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, timelines, and product information
  • Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or specifications
  • Prepare customer correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  • Provide backup support for customer service and front office operations as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree is a plus)
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with sales, production, and shipping teams
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
