The manager oversees project execution, mentors team members, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions. The Supply Chain Labor Planning team plays a vital role in optimizing Walmart’s extensive logistics network. By leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights, the team anticipates labor demands and enhances workforce allocation to support operational excellence. This group collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop strategic solutions that drive business results.
