  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
  • 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break

  • On-site position (not remote)
Position Overview

We are a busy outpatient physical therapy private practice seeking a full-time Front Desk / Receptionist, if candidate can speak mandarin is preferred.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars
  • Verify and inquire about insurance benefits
  • Answer phone calls and respond to all communication channels used by the company
  • Organize and maintain patient files and records
  • Assist with insurance billing-related matters
  • Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email
  • Perform general front desk and administrative duties
Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems efficiently
  • Basic office and administrative skills
