This is done through top-notch customer services and effective personalized treatment (acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, breathing therapy, etc.).  well and has increased its patient count, which has led us to expand our team. 

 

Position Description:

We're looking to hire another acupuncture practitioner who will be providing acupuncture services within the scope of practice and licensure. They will contribute to the mission & vision of LSAW by providing exceptional care and service. Your acting role highlights and enhances a culture that promotes productivity, creativity, and accountability within our clinic. You'll be in charge of helping both new and current patients feel welcomed, provide personalized acupuncture treatments, and create an environment of excitement to receive natural life-changing healthcare.

2 days a week in the afternoon/evening & all-day Friday

$30/hour

Position Duties:

The main focus is on customer service and health among all potential and existing clients, patients, practitioners, and fellow staff members. You will provide care to patients, within the scope of licensure and practice. Your responsibility is to look for ways to streamline, enhance, and improve care and customer service through the implementation of operational procedures. You'll accomplish these tasks in four areas. These include Customer Care, Patients Visit Volume, Documentation of Care, and Teamwork.

  1. Customer Care - Provides acupuncture care to patients, within the scope of licensure and practice procedures/standards. Your job as an acupuncture practitioner not only means you provide said services, but it also means you need to communicate well, answer questions and issues, request authorizations and referrals, following benefits quotes, and properly advising and inform patients. We're looking for someone who can have a positive attitude, inviting personality, is friendly, honest, loyal/ dependable, hard work ethic, great communication skills, and genuinely cares about our patient's quality of life/recovery success.
  1. Patient Visit Volume - You'll need to monitor patient volume and maximize services for patients. This also involves answering phones on occasion, schedule appointments, and other activities to help increase our new patient count.
  1. Documentation of Care - You're required to maintain treatment records by documenting care within company standards, completely, accurately, and on time. This will include insurance knowledge as a provider to process proper documentation, which requirements include but are not limited to proper coding, treatment notes, billing, and documentation. 
  1. Teamwork - You're required to be a team player and work well with other staff in their roles and responsibilities. This includes contributing to clinic efficiency and health by following established Policy and Procedure, communicating issues, questions, concerns, suggestions, and so forth via the proper Chain of Command in a timely and constructive manner.Â
