• Administer acupuncture treatments based on thorough assessments of patients' individual medical histories and needs, documenting all sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with mental health counselors to create tailored treatment plans that may integrate acupuncture into broader mental health strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, including the setup and teardown of acupuncture rooms before and after treatments.
• Engage with patients to build trust and rapport, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their acupuncture treatment and progress.
• Stay current with state requirements and ensure compliance with all licensing and professional standards, including maintaining an updated Maryland Acupuncture license.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions, contributing ideas to enhance patient care and internal referral processes.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for billing and patient management, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for insurance reimbursement.
• Manage your schedule efficiently to accommodate patient needs and follow up with them regarding ongoing care.
• Support a positive and nurturing office environment, fostering teamwork and a dedication to optimal patient outcomes.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 60 to 80 per hour, based on experience and patient care capabilities. Additionally, practitioners receive 70% of patient reimbursements, with weekly pay cycles ensuring financial stability.
