Our client, a mid-sized contract manufacturer with DoD and medical device contracts, is seeking a full-timeย Account Managerย (onsite in Maine) to
manage key customer accounts and drive long-term partnerships. In this role, youโ€™ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth across electronics-based product development and manufacturing programs.

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years of account management experience (electronics or manufacturing preferred)ย 
    • Proven ability to grow and retain customer relationshipsย 
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business conceptsย 
    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and operations teamsย 
    • Strong negotiation, organization, and multitasking skillsย 
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, engineering, or related fieldย 

    What Youโ€™ll Do in this Role:

    • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfactionย 
    • Partner with customers to understand needs, manage expectations, and identify growth opportunitiesย
