Hawkins Melendrez P.C., located in Las Vegas (Summerlin), Nevada, seeks Law Clerk to work with lawyers in civil litigation matters including, Insurance Defense matters focusing on Premise Liability and Personal Injury issues. Additional areas that may be touched on during the tenure will include commercial litigation and business entity representation. Qualified candidates must possess strong writing and research skills.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all facets of litigation, including observe and assist with trial preparation. Compensation based on experience.
2L and 3L or recent graduates awaiting the bar are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time or part time. Benefits dependent on full or part time status.
