A Full Pension Engineer is a professional who specializes in the design, management, and administration of pension plans and retirement benefit systems. They use their expertise in actuarial science, finance, and regulations to ensure that pension funds are sustainable and compliant with legal requirements. Their role often involves analyzing pension fund performance, calculating contributions and payouts, and advising employers or trustees on pension-related matters.
