Project Scope
We are seeking an Epic Beaker Program Manager to lead a multi-year Beaker integration and deployment initiative for a healthcare organization. This role will manage a consulting team through a phased, facility-by-facility rollout beginning with lab integration, with planned expansion into pathology. The engagement requires someone who can own the daily details, build repeatable processes, and keep all workstreams moving with clear documentation and structured communication.
Position Summary
The Epic Beaker Program Manager will serve as the primary program management resource responsible for overseeing the consulting team, coordinating across the broader Epic project, and ensuring all integration milestones, documentation, and meeting cadences are executed with consistency. This individual will act as a liaison across Epic module teams, manage handoffs at go-live transition points, and build a scalable program structure that supports phased expansion. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive program manager with Epic Beaker experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the consulting team across the Beaker integration program.
  • Act as liaison across the broader Epic project team, coordinating workstreams, decisions, and dependencies.
  • Own program documentation including status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, decision trackers, and action item follow-through.
  • Build and maintain a clear, repeatable program cadence including recurring check-ins, status reporting, and escalation pathways.
  • Coordinate handoffs to the existing Beaker team at module go-live transition points.
  • Manage testing scheduling, coordination, and documentation across all integration phases.
  • Support phased rollout beginning with a single-facility approach, then sequencing and prioritizing expansion to meet lab and pathology needs.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to appropriate leadership in a timely and structured manner.
  • Collaborate across analysts, operations teams, vendor partners, and the larger Epic team to ensure alignment and forward momentum.
  • Support team growth as the program expands, with initial oversight of up to three consulting staff.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing Epic implementation or integration programs in a healthcare environment.
  • Epic BeakerCertification in AP or CP. Both would be preferred
  • Hands-on familiarity with Epic Beaker or laboratory information system workflows.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain program structure, documentation, and meeting cadence across complex, multi-team engagements.
  • Experience managing small consulting or project teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to start within one week.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct Epic Beaker implementation or integration experience.
  • Background supporting laboratory or pathology workflow implementations.
  • Experience managing phased, multi-facility Epic rollouts.
  • Familiarity with consulting team structures and client-facing delivery environments.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience supporting contract-to-hire or consultant-to-FTE transitions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Organized, detail-oriented program manager who takes full ownership of daily execution without being asked twice.
  • Natural communicator who can keep diverse teams aligned, informed, and accountable.
  • Comfortable building structure and process in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across consulting, operations, and technical teams.
  • Ready to hit the ground running immediately and grow into a permanent leadership role.

When working with Quoris as a consultant, you are eligible for competitive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and a great culture/working environment.
