Overview

Epic Cogito Analyst (Reporting & Documentation Compliance)

CTG is seeking an Epic Cogito Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives related to clinical documentation processes, with a primary focus on reporting considerations surrounding documentation for deceased patients. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze workflows, develop reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data visibility across Epic applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Epic reporting solutions to support documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze reporting needs and build reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Reporting Workbench, Clarity, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to identify reporting opportunities and improve data accuracy.
  • Validate and troubleshoot reporting results, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide recommendations for workflow and reporting enhancements related to patient documentation processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Cogito Certification (required).
  • Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench and Clarity.
  • Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
  • Experience working in healthcare IT and Epic environments.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $78/hr to $88/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
