Pay Range: $75,160.02 to $112,740.16
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Fuel Partnerships Manager
Kwik Trip is looking for a strategic, analytical leader to oversee, optimize, and grow our fuel programs across all fueling locations. This role drives performance, profitability, and relationships with our fuel program partners.
What You'll Do
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of fuel programs across all locations.
  • Develop pricing mechanisms and adjust programs based on performance and competitive landscape.
  • Identify growth opportunities with current and new partners.
  • Build fuel plans for new stores, including volume expectations.
  • Maintain accurate store amenity and pricing data for all fuel program providers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and review monthly/quarterly results.
  • Analyze volume, profitability, and cost components for each program.
  • Ensure compliance with fuel pricing regulations and data governance.
  • Maintain contracts and internal databases.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in fuel pricing, account management, procurement, or retail fuel operations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of retail fuel environment; OPIS and fuel card industry knowledge preferred.
  • Skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and PowerBI preferred.
