Job description

Responsible for the successful overall direction, administration, and coordination of all activities in their assigned area, in accordance with the policies and objectives established by the Retail Senior Manager, with the ultimate objective to provide the maximum profit and return on investment in alignment with the Mission and Objective of the Company, and in full accordance with all operational policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining coverage of shifts and ensuring that the standard for guest services is met, in delighting guests.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication skills, a minimum of two to four years' proven leadership experience, and a minimum of two years' retail fuel experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
