About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager III. This senior-level project management professional responsible for leading large, complex, and high-value utility construction projects across the western region. This role provides leadership in project execution, client management, and strategic planning while ensuring alignment with PAR Electric's safety culture, financial goals, and operational excellence.

The PM III also serves as a mentor and coach to Project Managers I and II, driving continuous improvement and best practices across the division.

Salary Range for this position is: $145,000 - $160,000

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee large-scale power delivery projects, often exceeding $10 million in value.

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

  • Direct field teams, subcontractors, and engineering partners to ensure project success.

  • Oversee project forecasting, billing, and cost management activities.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.

  • Represent PAR Electric in high-level client meetings and negotiations.

  • Mentor and support the professional development of junior project managers.

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement operational improvements and growth strategies.

  • Promote a culture of Safety, Quality, and Accountability throughout all project phases.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.

  • 5-8+ years of project management experience in large-scale electrical or utility construction.

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects exceeding $10 million in scope.

  • Advanced knowledge of project controls, risk management, and cost forecasting.

  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Strong business acumen and client management experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Dedication to safety, integrity, and excellence in every project.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.

  • PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.
