Sales Executive – Fuel & Lubricants - Greater Seattle WA  Area

Position Summary:
 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on prospecting, developing new business, and closing fuel and lubricant sales. The ideal candidate is driven, self-sufficient, and thrives in a hunter-style sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cold call to generate new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Present and sell fuel and lubricant solutions to commercial and industrial clients
  • Close sales and onboard new customers
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships
  • Expand accounts by developing additional ‘ship-to’ locations within existing customers (e.g., construction sites, fleet yards)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in fuel, lubricants, petroleum, or related industries
  • Strong track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and discipline
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time, territory, and sales pipeline effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Puget Sound region

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network within construction, transportation, or industrial sectors
  • Knowledge of fuel distribution and lubricant products
  • CRM experience
