➢ What You'll Do

• Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects,
• Assist with any building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior (paint touch-ups, general plumbing issues etc.)
• Assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.)
• Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.)
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment
maintenance

• High School diploma or GED required
• If in recovery, a minim one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask
• General knowledge of carpentry and repair
