Job description

F.C. Tucker Company is looking to hire a part-time, weekend Admin Assistant (Front Office Coordinator) to support our agents who are conducting business on the weekends.ย  This position will be based out of the Fishers/Geist office located at 10404 Olio Road, Fishers, IN 46256.

A normal day might entail:

  • Manage the front end of the office by creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for agents and their clients as well as other visitors.
  • Enter new listing information as well as update pending and closing data in the appropriate software platforms
  • Cultivate a reputation and demeanor of positivity, enthusiasm, and a can do attitude that encourages agents to seek your assistance or skills as needed.
  • Assist and train agents on how to utilize various technology based platforms and software to help them grow their business
  • Manage incoming calls by providing information to callers and routing calls to the appropriate person.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to agents as needed.
  • Learn to operate new technologies and software as they are implemented
  • Distribute mails and inter-office couriers
  • Ensure that office equipment is functioning correctly and reporting issues to the appropriate parties when it is not.
  • When able assist agents with basic I.T. support
  • Work on and complete various marketing related projects
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work
  • A variety of other things as well.
