Applicants should be comfortable working in a high growth business, fast paced environment helping to drive the firms strategy and AlphaSM product capabilities.

It harmonizes data, technology and services across trusted providers to help our clients better manage their businesses. A key aspect of this role is to bring a wealth of Middle Office experience to the team in order to streamline our client delivery and play a critical role in driving our strategic vision within the Alpha model.

The Solution Manager Role:

  • Guide the program to identify Non Standard Requests (NSRs) and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows

  • Co-ordinate delivery across functional areas to deliver andstandardized solutions

  • Ensure the Solution Management operates across the end-to-end lifecycle bringing the relevant teams and stakeholders together on our project deliverables.

  • Ensure client requirements have been captured in detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and fall within our agreed offering. Alternatively, ensure these are flagged and presented at our change control forum and Alpha Design Council.

  • Lead the specific client Content Authority locally in the USto ensure items which have the potential to impact our model or project timelines are managed with the relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure RAID items are effectively managed, documented and closed out to resolution with the relevant stakeholders.

  • Drive program efficiency and enhanced ways of working to create a standardized oversight model for both the solution management team and the broader program.

  • Uphold our risk and resource management principles to ensure we adhere to our legal guidelines and internal policies.

  • Ensure a healthy relationship across the program both internally and externally to maximize our collaboration and productivity.

Solution Manager Outputs:

  • Capture Project differences in client and workstream engagements (Non Standard Requirements NSRs)

  • Completing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

  • Obtain and track client sign-off on requirements

  • Identifying and tracking design challenges

  • End to End Process flow Docs

  • Status Reporting on IT end to end Deliverables

  • IT Builds - provide design related inputs

  • Project escalation summaries to Client Implementation Executives & Global Design Council

  • Project Solution Tollgate Reporting

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions

  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry

  • Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.

  • Willingness and ability for potential travel.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
