Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist Clinic Director in ongoing clinic and PSC oversight
  • Prepare agenda for front office meetings, provide training of front office staff; report front office needs to director.
  • Assist the Clinic Director with various marketing activities as determined appropriate.
  • Ensure that FOTO, ACN, and benefit verification are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all Patient Service Coordinator's enforce the Cancellation Policy.
  • Ensure all Patient Service Coordinator's attend ongoing training.
  • Pre-screen Patient Service Coordinator's candidates for the Clinic Director.
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, be the example for positive attitude and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensure follow-up and track all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations, and reschedules.
  • Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed.

  • Minimum 18 years of age or older
  • 1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred
