Job description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Lobby Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization. You will welcome visitors, maintain a secure and tidy lobby, and handle daily administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests immediately upon arrival; determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line system; take clear messages and answer basic inquiries.
  • Lobby Security: Monitor lobby traffic, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs according to company safety protocols.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Area Maintenance: Keep the front desk and reception waiting area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (such as pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Clerical Support: Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, data entry, expense report management and basic calendar management.
