Position Description: Project Manager - Contingent Pipeline Opportunity - We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.
Location: Doral, FL
Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of projects focused on ontology development and knowledge graph integration
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and performance across technical teams
  • Coordinate efforts across data engineering, analytics, and geospatial teams
  • Oversee development and integration of knowledge graphs and related data models
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and mission requirements
  • Manage Agile workflows, sprint planning, and deliverable tracking
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Support DevSecOps practices, CI CD pipelines, and version control processes
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality and consistency across technical deliverables

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
    OR 11 (eleven) years of equivalent experience managing complex technical projects
  • Experience managing projects involving ontology development or knowledge graph technologies
  • Strong experience leading technical teams in data, analytics, or geospatial environments
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI CD pipelines, and version control systems
  • Working knowledge of tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL or NoSQL, and PostgreSQL
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience supporting geospatial or all source analysis programs
  • Experience with ESRI tools such as ArcGIS or ArcPy
  • Experience working in federal or regulated environments
  • Experience integrating complex data systems or platforms
  • Experience managing highly technical, cross functional teams

Certifications:
  • Required: None
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional PMP, Certified Scrum Master CSM, INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional CSEP

Clearance Requirement:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
