Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Hilton. This full-time position requires hotel front desk experience, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and the availability to work shifts between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.

    • Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PEP).

    • Process guest payments, room charges, and other transactions accurately.

    • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

    • Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

    • Ensure all guest interactions meet Hilton brand standards for service and presentation.

    • Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.

    • Follow daily checklists, shift reports, and standard operating procedures.

    • Uphold safety and security procedures for guests and hotel property.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Front Office leadership team.


    Qualifications:
    • Previous hotel front desk experience is required (Hilton brand experience is a plus).

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

    • Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office equipment.

    • Ability to handle cash, credit cards, and perform basic math functions.

    • Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance and demeanor.

    • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with front desk duties.

  • 1 year of hotel front desk preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a basic working knowledge of a computer including word and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
  • Must display very good organization and time management skills
  • Must be able to walk and climb/descend stairs approximately 20% of the time
  • Must be able to frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks
  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 pounds without assistance
  • To always maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
