Front Desk Receptionist

Are you someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings positive energy wherever you go? Flexicon is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our World Headquarters in Bethlehem, PA. As the first person visitors, customers, vendors, and employees interact with, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience every day. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

  • Welcome visitors, customers, vendors, candidates, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide information and assistance to callers and guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Coordinate conference room setup for customer visits, vendor meetings, and internal meetings.
  • Order and coordinate lunches and refreshments for meetings when needed.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support the Sales team with light administrative tasks, including brochures, marketing materials, and mailings.
  • Assist with company events and special projects.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Flexicon at all times.
