SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with our brand philosophy and Elevate Program standards.
    • Facilitate the efficient, professional, and courteous arrival and departure of customers, passengers, and flight crews.
    • Maintain regular communication with the Front Desk and Lineservice teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
    • Facilitate / coordinate communication between customers, flight crews and FBO personnel.
    • Greet and assist flight crews with catering, ground transportation arrangements (limousine, shuttle, rental vehicles), and other ground support requirements.
    • Deliver catering, coffee, ice, newspapers, and other requested items to aircraft as required.
    • Greet passengers and provide baggage handling, valet parking services, as requested.
    • Greet arriving aircraft whenever operationally feasible and ensure baggage carts, are available and ready for use; Ensure valet vehicles are prepared for passenger return, including snow removal, and warming vehicles during winter operations.
    • Cover the Front Desk and perform high-level CSR duties such as answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with inquiries, as required.
    • Escalate customer service concerns, operational issues, or safety matters to the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.
    • Maintain the cleanliness, and presentation of all customer-facing areas, including Passenger and Pilot lounges, the Cafe, Boardrooms and Luggage storage areas. Ensure that supplies are always stocked and that equipment, including coffee machines and televisions, are operational. Report deficiencies as required and follow up to ensure they are remedied.
    • Conduct courtesy shuttle runs to airport terminals, hotels, as required.
    • Ensure courtesy shuttle is clean, fueled, and maintained to Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Ensure vehicle-related supplies, including cleaning products are on hand.
    • Complete daily / weekly vehicle inspections; submit reports to the designated GSE Supervisor.
    • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Conduct and document security patrols, door checks, and parking lot inspections two to three times per shift, monitor interior and exterior areas for unusual/suspicious activity, safety or security concerns, vehicle damage, and other irregularities. Promptly report any issues.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of parking lots, entrances, walkways, and exterior areas; During winter operations, ensure groundside and airside walkways remain clear of snow and ice until contracted snow removal services arrive on site.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a discerning customer service environment, preferably in aviation;
  • Must have a Class 5 driver's license;
  • Available to work on different shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays;
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to consistently provide a positive attitude;
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent is required.
