Front Desk Supervisor

We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to lead, & support front desk operations.

Responsibilities
  • Help prepare weekly sales and business level forecast.
  • Help with front desk staff schedule to adjust accordingly when requested. Monitor and adjust for any major change in occupancy levels.
  • Assist in supervising the Front Office operation to provide efficient and courteous service to each guest.
  • Maintain statistics on rooms and reservations, guest arrivals and departures, average occupancy rates, and related information.
  • Work closely with other departments, to properly plan and coordinate in-house activities.
  • Participate in all required and requested hotel department meetings as per FOM and General Manager (GM).
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • College degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Front desk experience required.
  • Supervisory experience required with the ability to train
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a great grasp of the English language
  • Act independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 35 lbs.
  • Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance and follow manager appearance guidelines
