PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Raleigh, NC 
Contract: 13 weeks
Pay: $47–$52/hour

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care through multiple patient visits per day. The RN will assess patients, manage Plans of Care, provide skilled treatments, educate patients/families, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform home health patient assessments and develop Plans of Care.
  • Provide medication administration, wound care, IV care, and catheter/drain management.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, disease management, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Follow infection-control, OSHA, and patient-safety standards.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise HHA/LVN staff as appropriate.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel locally between patient homes.
Requirements
  • Active RN license.
  • 2+ years of Home Health experience.
  • HCHB and OASIS experience required.
  • 1–2 years of clinical RN experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally.

Preferred: BSN, CHPN, and hospice experience.

Note: This is a visit-based position, not an 8-hour shift with one patient. The RN will see multiple patients throughout the day
