Dental Billing Success Consultant

eAssist Dental Solutions, the nation's leading dental billing company, is seeking experienced Dental Billing Specialists to help dental practices maximize collections while working from home.

Compensation:
Pay is commission-based. Office commission is based on the size of the practice and its insurance collections, and it varies from office to office. All Success Consultants receive hourly pay, at their state’s minimum wage, which is treated as an advance toward the commission on the office.
What You'll Do
  • Submit and manage dental insurance claims
  • Resolve claim denials and submit appeals
  • Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts
  • Generate billing reports and attend weekly client meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on outstanding claims
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent dental billing experience within the past two years
  • Experience with insurance claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, and appeals
  • Working knowledge of dental practice management software (Applicants with Experience in rare software like CareStack, AxiUm, Archy, etc are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
