Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in San Diego, CA, with a mix of in-person client work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will assist buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction, including prospecting, property showings, market analyses, writing and negotiating offers, and coordinating inspections and closings. The role involves building and maintaining a client pipeline, following up on leads, hosting open houses, and using the teamโ€™s systems to provide clients with real-time property information. The agent will collaborate closely with other team members, lenders, and escrow partners to ensure smooth, compliant transactions and exceptional client experiences. Regular local travel within San Diego County is expected for showings, appointments, and community networking events.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in California and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions in a competitive market.
